national training programme
NAYT’s National Training Programme is aimed at incorporating Continuing Professional Development opportunities and policy development and facilitating youth participation at the core of each youth theatre.

As the only development agency specifically engaging with youth theatres in England, NAYT holds a unique position and an unparalleled reach into the youth theatre sector that respect and value our services and relationships. This position offers plenty of scope for collaborations and partnerships with other national youth arts agencies, regional theatres and national development strands of work with young people and the cultural sector.
NAYT has formed partnerships with Graeae Theatre Company, Frantic Assembly and the National Council for Voluntary Youth Services for the delivery of three specific training workshops to help promote excellence and inclusion and enhance regional training activity.
The National Training Programme will be rolled out through NAYT's network of regional Associate Venues.
