Imagine this! You’ve written a musical, including the script and 18 original songs, recorded the demo CD, scored the music parts, got the website up and running, produced a youtube clip and managed to get 22 productions around the world without the help of an agent or publisher – BUT you’ve never seen your own show. Then out of the blue a college in South Africa wants to pay your return airfare from Sydney, Australia to come and see their production of your musical. What would you do?

After initially worrying that I may be too jetlagged to fully immerse myself in the performance I am happy to say ALISON the musical was a smash success with a standing ovation every night to packed houses – what more could a playwright ask for? A lifetime memory has been created – a dream come true. Now if I could only let the rest of the world know about ALISON!
