ARTiculation
NAYT has been busy since the summer developing new pieces with young people from NCH, the latest of which was performed at the House of Commons recently. Young people from across the country came together to explore their experiences of secondary education. Following its successful performance, the group has been invited back to perform in front of the Education Committee. ARTiculation will be performing at BYTF 2002.
Tessa Blackstone
FOLLOWING the Minister of State for the Arts statement on participation, NAYT asked for her support in our ongoing discussions with ACE. In a telephone conversation, we were told that the Minister would respond in depth. You'll hear about the response when we get it.

Graffiti in the Greenroom
THE first of a series of conferences was held at York Theatre Royal on 5 November. With over 50 delegates from building-based theatres, representation from RABs and the Arts Council and opportunities to address key issues, Graffiti in the Greenroom was a resounding success. A report will be sent out to delegates and posted on the website in the near future.
