INTERVIEWS  took place on Tuesday 4 November 2003 and we are delighted to announce that Ben Ayrton will be taking up the position of Director at the end of February 2004.

Workshop Weekend 2004 & AGM (5-7 March 2004)
NAYT's Workshop Weekend will be held at the Arts Centre, Vane Terrace, Darlington, DL3 7AX between 5-7 March 2004, with the AGM being held at 4.30pm on Saturday 6 March 2004. All members are welcome to attend.

The Board is recommending some changes to the Memorandum and Articles which will be included in the February Bulletin. Nomination forms for elections to the Board of Trustees are enclosed (this will take place under the current Memorandum and Articles). The Board may consist of 14 members. NAYT is particularly seeking Board members from the following regions: Southern and South East, London and South West. Applications are also being sought from those people with the following areas of expertise or background: Legal, personnel, marketing, policy development, corporate development. If you wish to be considered for election at the AGM in March 2004, Nomination Forms and Statements should be returned to NAYT at the Arts Centre, Vane Terrace, Darlington, DL3 7AX by Friday 16 January 2004. Should you require any further information or assistance, then please do not hesitate to contact the office.

With funding from the DfES, NAYT will offer 20 free places at the event. NAYT's bursary scheme is open to youth theatre practitioners who might otherwise find it difficult to attend.

New Look

Christmas Opening
THE NAYT OFFICE will be closed from end of business on Friday 19 December 2003. We will reopen on Monday 5 January 2004. BYTF04 (15-18 July 2004)
THE BYTF X EVALUATION WEEKEND was held 14-16 November 2003. Feedback and pictures of the event will be posted on the website shortly. Look out for booking information in the post. You can send £100 deposit to reserve your group's place.
