AMA: Small-Scale Development Programme
Thursday 10 May 2018
The Small-Scale Development Programme is designed for leaders of small arts, culture or heritage organisations (with ten staff or less), leading the direction of their organisation but probably wearing many hats in their day-to-day role! It consists of an intensive residential programme and follow-up online coaching with a chosen trainer.
At the end of 2 and a half days on the programme you will leave with insight and ideas on how to build your brand, connect with stakeholders and communicate with your target audience, whoever they may be. You’ll gain the skills, knowledge and tools needed to reach new audiences, improve engagement with current audiences and increase income.
The programme is heavily subsidised and costs only £95 + VAT to take part. This includes all your training, accommodation and food throughout the residential.
More information, including our confirmed trainers and videos from previous participants, can be found on our website: www.a-m-a.co.uk/small-scale
