Description
We take great pride in the amazing and wide ranging work we do with young people aged 11-25 to develop their skills and confidence through creativity. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join us as Education Programme Manager, to lead the delivery of a high quality creative programme for and with a range of education providers to create opportunities that add value and enhance current cultural education provisions.
As part of the Youth Policy and Engagement Team, the Education Programme Manager will have responsibility for the design and delivery of after-school programmes, taster sessions, curriculum-based activities and work experience initiatives. The role will develop and manage apprenticeship programmes, and will take a strategic lead in consulting and exchanging best practice with peer organisations, education providers and members of the arts and creative industry sectors, to drive Roundhouse’s work in cultural education.
The successful candidate will be required to have a current and acceptable DBS check due to the nature of the role.
