Learning & Volunteer Officer, City of London Corporation

The Project - a partnership between the City of London Corporation, Kenley Airfield Friends Group and Historic England, with funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund - is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Learning and Volunteer Office to continue to build the highly successful education and volunteer programme whilst seeking to make the final year of the project its most successful to date. The role will have resources and activities at your fingertips and you will be able to hit the ground running in delivering these to audiences whilst thinking about the longer term legacy of the project through its volunteer programme.
You will have a successful track record in developing and delivering learning opportunities for different audiences within a project context. You will also have a successful track record in recruiting, leading and supporting volunteers, using your enthusiasm and communcation skills to engage with a broad range of individuals.
You will hold a relevant qualification appropriate to the role (e.g education, heritage), or be able to demonstrate skills, knowledge and experience at this level. A full driving licence is essential.
