Founded in 2003, Tender has developed a range of award winning arts education projects which empower young people, and the adults who work with them, to actively prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence and promote gender equality in their schools, youth centres and communities.

Tender is looking to recruit four posts in the coming months.

Office administrator

Tender is looking for an Office Administrator. This new role sits at the centre of Tender’s team ensuring that the organisation is able to operate smoothly and efficiently. The role is part time, working 4 hours per day between Monday and Friday.

Whole school approach manager

Tender is looking to recruit a Whole School Approach Manager to successfully design, deliver and evaluate violence against women and girls and serious youth crime prevention education work with children and young people. The work will take place in 3 primary and 1 secondary schools in the Borough of Croydon, London.
