Fiona Helleur on the Kecskemét International Cultural Exchange Programme

Fiona Helleur, Head of Youth Arts at The Youth Arts Centre, Douglas, Isle of Man writes about how she took her young people to Kecskemét in Hungary to take part in an International Cultural Exchange program with 3000 young people aged 8 – 18 from 30 different countries all of who stayed with local families and performed in front of appreciative audiences from all over the world.
