The Perse School, Cambridge – Technician for Peter Hall Performing Arts Centre

We are seeking a Technician for the School’s Peter Hall Performing Arts Centre due to open early in 2018. Designed by award-winning architects Haworth Tompkins and renowned theatre consultants Charcoalblue, the PAC includes a 370+ seat auditorium with a flexible performance space, dedicated rehearsal studio, multi-purpose foyer and production workshop. The Perse has a vibrant drama and music community and runs a Technical Theatre Company for pupils at the Upper School. Last year the Upper School alone staged eleven productions and a large number of concerts. The post is full-time and full year for an annualised average of 40 hours per week. Working hours will be flexible as required for events, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends. The Perse School is committed to the professional development of its staff.
