Matt Hawksworth

Matt has worked with youth theatres for over 20 years. He grew up part of a local youth theatre group, before training with NYMT and going on to lead workshops for schools, youth theatres and arts organisations. The sense of belonging and life skills that youth theatre can give young people are central to his work and ethos.  Matt is currently Head of Children & Young People's Programme at Chichester Festival Theatre. Before this he was Young People's Producer at Pavilion Dance South West and he was a member of the Clore Emerging Leaders programme 2023.
