Sandbach Youth Theatre

Sandbach Youth Theatre is part of Cheshire East Youth Theatre (CEYT). Sandbach Youth Theatre is for 7-16 year olds. CEYT is currently 5 youth theatres: Lyceum Youth Theatre, Alsager Youth Theatre, Colshaw Youth Theatre, Congleton Youth Theatre and Sandbach Youth Theatre and is for 5 to 25 year olds. The Youth Theatre helps young people build a range of theatre skills including improvisation, devising, voice and speech, characterisation and movement as well as how to work effectively within a group, developing communication skills and building self confidence. To top it all off the groups get to tread the boards of Crewe Lyceum stage along with also performing at other local venues and at regional festivals. It is full of exciting opportunities for young people including trips to festivals and professional productions, summer workshops, and option to learn more about theatre industry. No previous experience is necessary and there are no auditions to join.
