Tyne Youth Company

Tyne Youth Company (TYC) is the in-house youth company for Tyne Theatre & Opera House, Newcastle. TYC members work with experienced facilitators and teachers to offer training and development in acting, dancing and singing. Performance opportunities include an annual headline production at the Tyne Theatre & Opera House and specialist workshops through the year, as well as opportunities such as the Christmas and Easter pantomimes, and collaborations with local cultural events. TYC is open to young people of all abilities from ages 7-17.
